Welcome to Samropna Agriculture Private Limited, an online marketplace specializing in agricultural, horticultural, vegetable, flower and herbal seeds, and in nursery-raised baby plants.

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally capable of entering a contract.
• You must comply with local agricultural and seed regulations.

We sell seeds and nursery-raised baby plants. We do not sell harvested agricultural produce.

Baby plants are living, perishable goods. Their condition on arrival depends on transit time and conditions, and they need planting and care promptly after delivery.

• Packaging may vary.
• Seed size and color may vary naturally.

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• Prices may change without notice.
• Orders processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Accepted methods: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, COD.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or regulatory restrictions.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Processing and delivery times, delivery charges and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping Policy.
• Delivery timelines depend on location.
• We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses.

• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged package received.
• Expired seeds sent.

Claims must be raised within 48 hours with unboxing video proof.

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Follow proper sowing instructions.
• Comply with local farming laws.

We are not responsible for crop failure, yield variation, pest attacks, or weather impact.

All website content including logo, images, descriptions, and brand name are the intellectual property of Samropna Agriculture Private Limited.

• Reselling without license.
• Illegal cultivation.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Website hacking attempts.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
