Shipping Policy
How orders are processed, packed and delivered.
At Samropna Agriculture Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products such as seeds, baby plants, and related items in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.
We deliver through Delhivery, across the pin codes they service in India. You can check your own pin code on any product page before ordering — we ask Delhivery directly, so the answer reflects their current coverage rather than a list we maintain.
Some pin codes are prepaid only. Where cash on delivery is not available, the pin-code check on the product page will say so before you reach checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability. Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, agricultural product sensitivity, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Important Notice for Seeds & Baby Plants
As seeds and baby plants are perishable and sensitive to climate conditions, delivery schedules may be adjusted to ensure product quality. We take extra care in packaging to minimize transit stress.
Shipping Charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more (calculated after any discount). Below that, delivery is charged by weight: ₹49 for the first kilogram and ₹19 for each additional kilogram, rounded up.
The exact charge is shown on the checkout page before you place the order, and again on your order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships we book it with Delhivery and record the consignment (AWB) number against your order. You can see it, and the current status, under Your orders, or on the Track order page using your order number and the email you ordered with.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier issues, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
